This space is here for you to roll out your mat and practice whenever it suits you.
Inside, you’ll find a mix of yoga flows, shorter stretches, warm-ups, meditations, and little pose focus sessions — so whether you’ve got a full hour or just ten minutes, there’s always something you can come to. New classes are added monthly, so there will always be something new to try and you go along — it’s there to support you as your practice grows and changes.
This membership is ideal if you can’t always make it into class, if you don’t live locally, if you’re on holiday or working away, or if you just want a bit more yoga in your week without overthinking it.
Everything is designed to feel simple, supportive and easy to come back to. You can dip in and out, repeat your favourites, or choose whatever feels right on the day — no pressure, no need to keep up.
And if you’d like a bit more guidance, there’s also a membership option where you can send me photos or short videos for feedback and advice on your alignment. It’s a lovely way to build confidence in your practice, even when you’re doing it in your own space.

Not at all. You’re so welcome whether you’re completely new or have been practicing for years. There’s a mix of styles and lengths, and you can always take things at your own pace. The pose videos are ideal to work your way through if you are new to yoga.

Both options give you full access to the video library. The Premium membership also includes the option to send photos or short videos via WhatsApp to myself, so I can give you gentle one to one feedback on your alignment and help you feel more confident in your practice.
